The Lake Wales Arts Council is excited to launch our 2020 Spring Semester enrollment! We have a variety of returning favorites and exciting new programs for kids and adults. Our Spring semester begins on February 3rd, 2020 and will continue for 8 weeks in length. New Workshop Classes will run monthly on a select Tuesday & Thursday from February to May (see below for more information). Enrollment fees are for the entire semester and include ALL supplies (excluding band/orchestral instruments and self-guided visual arts classes).
Multi-enrollment discounts ARE available. Scholarship applications (youth programs only) can be found below. Payment plans are available for all Lake Wales Arts Council education programming. Please call the Lake Wales Arts Center at 863-676-8426 to learn more.

Tuesday
Elementary Fine Art - Ages 6 to 10 - Painting & Pottery - 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM
$65 Member / $75 Non Member
Children’s Choir - Ages 6 to 11 - 4:15 to 5:30 PM
$65 Member / $75 Non Member
Adult Visual Arts Workshops - (8 workshops total) - 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
$100 per discipline (painting or pottery), or $150 for all workshops. $50 for individual workshops.
Workshops include Oil & Portrait, Watercolor & Over Painting, Cartooning & Caricature, Pastel, Mixed Media and Spray Paint, Slab, Coil, Figure, and Wheel.
Painting Schedule: 2/11 (Pastel), 3/10 (Oil & Portrait), 4/14 (Watercolor & Over-Painting), and 5/12 (Mixed Media & Spray Paint)
Pottery Schedule: 2/18 (Slab & Pinch Pottery), 3/17 (Coil Pottery), 4/21 (Figure Pottery), and 5/19 (Wheel Pottery)
