LW Chorale: Spring 2020 Donation Drive
Hello Lake Wales Chorale Supporters!
We have exciting new opportunities for you to financially support the Chorale's 2020 Spring concert season! There are ways everyone can participate.
There are two classifications: Donations and Sponsorships.
Donations
(1) Gifts in this category are usually up to $99 but can be any amount you choose to take advantage of (2)
(2) 100% tax-deductible
(3) NO concert tickets issued
(4) Can be a one-time gift or multi-installment pledge
(5) If desired, your personal name or business name will be listed in the concert program, under the appropriate gift level
(6) If desired, you may opt for no-name listing and, thus, be anonymous
Sponsorships
(1) Gifts in this category begin at $100, but can be any higher amount you choose to receive the associated benefits (see plan details below)
(2) Partially tax deductible (see your accountant)
(3) Concert tickets will be issued (see details below)
(4) Can be a one-time gift or multi-installment pledge
(5) If desired, your personal name or business name will be listed in the concert program, under the appropriate gift level
(6) If desired, your business logo will also be published in the concert program
(7) If desired, you may opt for no-name listing and, thus, be anonymous
Plan A
> $100 -- $199
> 4 Spring 2020 concert tickets
> Early Bird Seating outside the Reserved seating area
Plan B
> $200 -- $499
> 8 Spring 2020 concert tickets
> Seating in Reserved area rows 3 and 4
Plan C
> $500 and up
> Up to 16 Spring 2020 concert tickets
> Seating in Reserved area rows 1 and 2
Previous Sponsorships
-- Good news! Those of you who gifted as a sponsor in Fall 2019 may choose to increase your giving. If your increase raises your sponsorship into a different plan (see above), additional tickets will be issued. Here's an example: an original gift of $150 receives 4 tickets; increasing to $325 receives 8 tickets. You are entitled to receive the total tickets corresponding to that new level.
***All one-time gifts and pledges are due by March 22nd. Checks are made payable to Lake Wales Arts Council, inc. with the memo line as Chorale Spring Concert (specify either donation or sponsorship).
***Options for gifting: Both one-time gifts and pledge installments can be paid:
(A) using your credit card over the phone with the Lake Wales Arts Center: Hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at

(B) send in a check to Lake Wales Arts Council at

(C) use the gifting portal on our web site. If using the gifting portal, make sure you leave a note on the donation form. Click the button below to donate:
