Have you ever thought about trying oil painting, but have felt intimidated? This class is designed for the experienced painter who wants to try something new and improve on skills they may already have. Participants will bring in source imagery and Blair will demonstrate techniques that will help students to best accomplish their goals. Outside of class work time is recommended and available.

Open to all levels, but previous experience suggested; this is a multi-session class

Location: Lake Wales Arts Council, 1099 State Road 60 E, Lake Wales

Supplies needed for class:
- Long Handle Brushes - flats and rounds
- Gamsol and lidded jar
- Paper towels
- Small Canvases
- Reference photos
- Personal apron
- Palette

Oil paints, including the following colors:
- Titanium White
- Cadmium Red Light
- Cadmium Yellow Medium: Light or lemon yellow
- Ultramarine Blue
- Cadmium Orange
- Alizarin Crimson
- Raw Burnt Umber
- Yellow Ocher
- Burnt Sienna
- Phthalo Green/ Viridian
