The 2024 Lake Wales Arts Council membership exhibition celebrates local talent with diverse art forms.  Showcasing paintings, sculptures, photography, and mixed media, the event fosters community appreciation and strengthens the arts. Uniting unique perspectives, it captures the region's cultural heritage and contemporary expressions in a breathtaking display.

The theme of "This and That" challenges the boundaries of contrast, seamlessly weaving opposing concepts into a visual symphony. This juried group exhibition invites patrons to witness the fusion of light and shadow, chaos and order, tradition and innovation.

With this show, we hope to display work that is reconciling polarities, unveiling the beauty that arises when opposites harmonize. From striking juxtapositions to intricate collaborations, "This and That" prompts contemplation on unity in diversity. This juried exhibition features artwork made by the members of the Lake Wales Arts Council. Though open to all submissions, special recognition will be given to artwork that exemplifies the theme of "This and That."
